Why set up here

You're the only one

One vendor per category. If you sell candles, you're the candle booth, and that's the end of the list.

Two crowds, one gate

Our resort guests are already on the property, and the gate is open to the public. We're promoting the day to both.

Reasons to stick around

A chili cook-off, hay rides, bounce houses, and Highland cattle keep families here for hours, not minutes.

What to bring

Your booth is a 10x10 patch of ranch. Everything on it is yours to bring.

  • RequiredA 10x10 tent or canopy, with weights. North Texas wind is not a rumor.

  • RequiredA way to take payment
  • RequiredAny permits or licenses your product requires, food vendors especially
  • Your callSignage and whatever else makes your booth hard to walk past
  • PowerNeed electricity? Tell us on the form and we'll let you know what we can do.

The short version of the rules

One vendor per category. First to sign up and pay gets it. If your category is already taken, we'll tell you before you pay anything.

One booth is 10x10 for $40. Your setup needs to fit inside it.

Stay through the winners. Booths stay up until the 2:30 announcement. Packing out early leaves a hole in the row.

Your booth, your responsibility. Permits, sales tax, and your gear are on you.

What else is happening

The cook-off is the main event, but there's a full day on the ranch around it. Guests first, and the gate is open to the public.
